(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

Sorry, I don't know anything about maintaining extensions, which means this won't be getting any sort of updates. I just needed a Twitter extension that worked. Google wouldn't let me install my backed-up version of the old, working Silver Bird, so I redid some code in the new one to make it work like the old one. Because Google won't allow installing extensions outside of the webstore, I decided to upload it just so I can use it myself.
