(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

Sometimes we might eat more calories on purpose during a refeed or when carbing up for big event; there's no reason to feel bad about that!
This extension puts a positive spin on those extra calories, because we don't need to feel like we're being shamed for eating food.
Eating and weight management isn't a moral issue, it's just a math equation. If your long-term average is going in the right direction, you don't need to be shamed for anything you do on a single day.

v.1.1.1 (27 FEB 2018) - Fixes minor bug where extension was not staying disabled on non-MFP URLs if they were loaded as the result of running a search or as a new tab.
v1.1.0 (14 FEB 2018) - Button is now disabled when active tab isn't pointed at MyFitnessPal.
