(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

- About install permissions :
1. "Read and modify all your data on your computer and the websites you visit"
=> my extension need this permission to pin the bookmark panel over all pages,it never read its contents.
2. "Read and modify your bookmarks"
=> my extension need this permission to delete and search links.
2. "Manage your apps, extensions and themes"
=> my extension need this permission to detect if you have my other extension called "fast bookmark cleanner" in order to display link to get it.
- About settings, you can change :
1. the position of P.Y.B : default is left
2. the max of displayed sites : default is 50
3. the width size of of P.Y.B : default is 25%
