This add-on was built for use at the College of Education's Office of Information Technology but is not limited to it as this system modifies 3rd party software that any company could use. These softwares include our checkout system from WebCheckout and our timesheet system from one source. These modifications make using the system more efficient for our specific use at the office deeming it rather useless to other organizations without modifications. For example, with the help of this add-on, we are able to connect the WebCheckout system to our in-house database to enable us to have users register in our system and then use WebCheckout to conveniently pull the data. The one source time sheet system causes a lot of issues that we mediated using this add-on. By automatically logging workers out of their account, and automatically setting required parameters, we ensure that no one accidentally accesses someone else's account and that each punch in and out is correct.
