Buildkite New Build Branch Helper

this extension makes creating new builds in the buildkite UI more fluid and streamlined: fewer clicks, less typing, and fewer distractions & chances to lose flow & focus. when creating a new build in the CI tool buildkite, I almost always want to use the branch on the page I'm already looking at. this extension looks for the first branch on the page and prefills the new build form so that it's just two clicks away, saving time from having to move your hands to type the branch name you want. it also makes the environment variables field sticky per pipeline, opening it automatically when you have a value, and keeping it closed/existing behavior when there's no value. ---- changelog: 0.1.1: bugfix for env vars per pipeline 0.1.0: now it also memorizes your environment variables per buildkite pipeline! :D 0.0.2: sticky build based on the page you're on
