SiteBlock++ allows you to completely block websites as well as specific parts of websites. Blocking a website with SiteBlock++ will block it everywhere (if you block facebook.com, facebook like/share buttons will no longer appear on other websites, works the same with reddit, twitter, youtube, etc.) and you can also block specific patterns/keywords (you can block every website with the name "Paul" in its URL, etc.).
