AJ Tutoring Helper (internal)

Now in Beta! I'm so excited to introduce this extension, in the past 11 months it's saved me over $1250 in travel time and mileage logging alone, not to mention the time I've saved, and errors I've prevented. Allows non-leadership tutors to quickly log tutoring, department meetings, staff meetings and touch bases as well as travel/mileage and more. Uses your calendar to figure out what might need to be logged, then asks you to verify. Pricing: Yearly ($29.99/year) Monthly ($3.49/month) Free 3 month trial when you enter your billing details - google's subscription/billing service requires this, sorry! Feel free to cancel immediately and you'll still get the trial, but won't be charged after the trial is over. Setup: From within the extension simply "Sign in with Google", enter your bigtime login details, buy a license (includes 1 month free trial) and start logging hours. Hours logging looks at your google calendar in the specified time frame, then you can confirm how you would like each calendar event to be logged. Finally, open bigtime in a separate tab, check that everything is correct, and hit submit. Feel free to reach out if you'd like help setting it up! Not supported yet: - Social outreach tutoring - No charge/half charge tutoring - Manually adding or changing calendar events from within the extension - Automatic classification of score calls, academic plans, or midway calls/emails. New Features (beware of bugs): - Mileage logging for in-home events - New office classification algorithm - HSEE, ACT, Grad tests support - K-8 logging WARNINGS: 1. Must download extension from an @ajtutoring.com email address! 2. Very slow load times when logging hours (~20 seconds) 3. Logged hours will not be submitted automatically, you still have to do this through bigtime. 4. Even though the app doesn't log leadership hours and is intended for non-leaders, it is currently possible for leaders to use the extension to log tutoring hours. HOWEVER, I am not testing or willing to guarantee support for the added complexity of leadership logging, and there may come a time that I decide to discontinue all support for leaders without warning and without refund. There may come a time where the extension may not work at all if you are a leader. If you log leadership hours (Leader-Touchbase, Leader-Acad Dept Head, or Leader-Mentoring) you have been warned. 3.
