The one ad shown is selected based on SiteTruth business legitimacy ratings. Each search result gets a rating icon, and, when you mouse over the rating icon, a "dog tag" with information about the real business behind the web site. Ad Limiter works with Google, Bing, Yahoo, Blekko, iSeek, and DuckDuckGo, You can set the number of ads you want to see on each search result page. (Yes, you can set it to zero.)
