(1)将扩展迷上下载的安装包文件（.zip）解压为文件夹，其中类型为“crx”的文件就是接下来需要用到的安装文件
(2) 从设置->更多工具->扩展程序 打开扩展程序页面，或者地址栏输入 Chrome://extensions/ 按下回车打开扩展程序页面
(3) 打开扩展程序页面的“开发者模式”
(4) 将crx文件拖拽到扩展程序页面，

https://www.extfans.com/installation/This extension allows a user to record browser traffic and convert it into a jmx script. This script can be run using jmeter or using a load testing platform such as https://www.frugaltesting.com.
The extension has a simple interface with a start/stop button using which the user can tell the recorder when to start and stop the recording. Upon ending the recording, the jmx script automatically gets downloaded into the user's system. We also provide request filtering based on url pattern and request type.
If the user has a Frugal Testing account, then he/she can log in and save test scripts directly into the account in the form of tests and can also download the script for an unlimited number of times from his/her account.
